We are located on a hill that slightly slopes towards beautiful beaches of Stomarica bay in Brela. Uplift where we stand bonds the best preconditions necessary for pleasant holiday. Except for the beautiful view on sea from the south and Biokovo massif slopes on north, combination of refreshing mistral from sea by day and the fresh air from mountain by night is a guaranty for pleasant atmosphere far from urban asphalt heat.
With an area of 120 m2 (including the pertaining balconies) apartment 1. is located on the 1st floor.
Apartment is air-conditioned (living-room), and has 3 double bedrooms (each with a toilet, shower and basin). Two rooms have a balcony with a sea view, while the third is facing north.
Apartment has a separate kitchen with dining-room and the balcony with a sea view.
Apartment 2 for 2+2 persons - approx. 34 m2 is located on the ground floor, and in front of the apartment there is a terrace overlooking the sea.
The apartment is air-conditioned, and consists of a double bedroom, a toilet, a kitchen and a dining table and a sofa bed. SAT TV, WiFi and LAN connector.
At your disposal is our playground. While you relax, your children are safe and have fun in a small wooden house with slide, sand pit and swings.
Within Villa there is a veranda and 3 cascade garden terraces with attractive stone house with grill and “peka”, an iron bell that uses to roast meet and fish. It is always available if you wish to attempt in preparing “peka” meat and fish, maybe the one that you caught alone.
In our cellar we hold our home-made brandy and wines made from selected domestic grape sorts. This tradition family Bartulović is nourishing for a few generations. We will gladly offer wine and brandy to you hoping that you will like it just as all former guests have liked it.
